Booked on LINE in the evening, the technician arrived next morning right on time. Cleaned three units and pulled out a shocking amount of mould — the musty smell is finally gone. Left the floor spotless. Fair price, no surprises at the end.

Two guys turned up ten minutes early, polite, laid down sheets and wore shoe covers. Showed me the dirty water after the wash and sent before/after photos. Booking them again for sure.

AC wasn't cooling — they found a gas leak and fixed it the same day, clearly knew what they were doing. Waiting on the part took a little longer than quoted, but they kept me updated the whole time.
